I have been working at BT Financial Group full-time

    Pros

BT has a great culture and team environment. Managers are very helpful with development and are always there.

    Cons

As a CRC the role is quite repetitive and the 18 month contract is enforced quite heavily as you cannot move internally until you reach that mark.

    Advice to Management

I would say for management to offer more opportunities for off the phone activities and duties, such as contributing to other team projects

I worked at BT Financial Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Some people are nice.

    Cons

Rediculous amount of systems for one piece of advice. Way too much work for each adviser. Unrealistic expectations- set up to fail and then pin everything on the adviser for their own failings. Crap pay - lowest of the big 4.

    Advice to Management

Where to start???? Listen to your employees when they notify you of business risk. Look after your employees better instead of blaming them for poor management, systems and ineffective processes. So good at appearing like you care about the right things, but behind closed doors you only care about how much money you make and covering your own and the Bank’s butt.
