Pros
AECOM Australia dominate my field of engineering, and are well known and respected amongst clients and other consultants. They have critical mass and have in-house capabilities for many technical specialties.
Cons
The salaries are allegedly lower than the competition, but I could never confirm that. Contractors and employees on 457 temporary visas will be the first to be made redundant. It has been brutal lately as many expats have been forced to return to their home countries with short notice.
