Pros
Sometimes it is good. Pays for certifications, and up to 1 retry. Good people are very good people. Excellent if you don't know how a professional job is like. You're going to get some great insights and knowledge, and get real professional.
Cons
Oftentimes bad. Like walking on eggshells sometimes. Management squeezes you. They lose talent because they do not know how to keep talent. Full of newbies and expats. Hard to get true recognition, hard to progress through career levels.
