Pros

Flexibility - work from wherever (on most clients) Great WFH Great Sick Leave Allowance Exposure to all industries and type of work Lots of training available

Cons

Promotions are slow due to backlog There is a feeling the company does anything they can to slow progression as much as possible/ pay you as little as possible - their strategy seems unbothered by high churn, perhaps get as much as you can from young talent expecting they quit in frustration at the 3 yr mark

Pros

Allowed me to be an entrepreneur and be part of creating new intellectual capital. Supported my disability without question. Provided training in new technology.

Cons

Your career is built on you finding clients to bill your time against. In some cases, it may take longer than 30 days to locate the right opportunity.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
