Pros
Second project was great. Team was super nice. Client side is also great and very chill. Work life balance. Lots of benefits and bonuses.
Cons
Promotion is so impossible (at least for me). I'm doing mid-level responsibilities with entry level salary. Even with client and team lead vouching for my performance, they never thought of promoting me until I'm 4 years in and wanted out and suddenly, they care. Also, for fresh graduates, you don't get to choose which tech stack you want to work with. I was put with dynamics 365 which has a bunch of things all at once. Bootcamp for it was a nightmare combine it with managers/trainers with anger issues. My first project, I was barely hanging, I was lucky I had a supportive team.
