Pros

I worked in an MDC in Airoli and the overall facilities and life is pretty great. Work-life balance, culture and skill learning depends on the project. They focus a lot on visibility and promotion cycles are faster.

Cons

My first project had an amazing tech stack but lots of politics and even some groupism which caused a lot of attrition. My lead used to take turns picking people, complaining non-stop about them to her manager, keeping unclear communication and expectations, posting draconian performance reviews on employees as per her personal grudges and put a guy randomly on PIP. I unfortunately had to leave that project to protect my mental peace. She remained despite multiple people complained about her and management hardly took any action against her. The next project had good people to work in with and I worked there for a long time and got a good recognition as well although the tech stack was a bit outdated but still relevant.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
