Pros
Better than TCS, Infosys and many other IT companies, you are paid for the work you are doing. Free buses. Cabs if you stay late. Food expenses as well. You can reach office till 10 if your supervisor is ok with it.
Cons
Policies and local managers are taking this company to the likes of TCS and Wipro. Managers want to work extra time but don't want to provide an allowance for that. On the other hand, HR are depreciating the quality of products that were once provided to the employee. Hikes have also decreased which were used to be astonishing once upon a time. You rarely get 50% of the variable given in CTC. Some projects have really useless technologies and you might land in some of those.
