Cons
- Most of the freshers will be put into functional testing role even though they have very good technical knowledge. - Freshers cannot expect a very good hike even though their performance is top notch. - If you have joined as a fresher then you will have to wait for minimum 2 years for your first promotion i.e for the whole 2 year period, you will be considered as a fresher which is really sad.
