Cons
1> Interview to Offer process is painfully slow. Sometimes lots of confusion as people call up asking to take interview again and again. 2> Project allocation system is not transparent to the candidates. Candidates are sometimes Force fully locked in Project. Portal called ijp is there but have not seen anyone getting good project through ijp. 3> Some Projects are pretty chaotic with long hours of work as a result of imperfect requirement gathering and planning from management side. 4> Their has been a change in the rating system and bell curve is now removed. However the net result is the same for candidates. People make a lot of sacrifices working in accenture. The Managers request input from candidates to be filled in a timely manner. However the feedback and process is strangely lacking in transparency. Their is a mid year feedback and a final feedback. I have seen people with good feedback getting bad ratings with no explanation. Moreover i have seen cases where feedback has been withheld till the point of where managers discuss the ratings among themselves and then the supervisor fills in the feedback in line with what they have decided. Not that this is the case with every project but incase the Manager or supervisor is unscrupulous then their is no effective way of protest. Sadly the candidates who are technically excellent face this from managers who themselves are not technically capable and have some personal axe to grind .
