Cons
Accenture has many roles available that will prepare you for the Consulting world but the movement to the top and to the time it takes to get there is way too long. This causes people to get stuck in the same little roles that does not allow you to have enough ownership and direction of the project. Accenture also has the tendency to set high expectations with their clients which ends up burning out their people and lowering their morale.
