Pros
- Lots of good Projects - Great team mates - HR policies are employee oriented - Good work environment - Lots of opportunities to learn from online/classroom trainings - General company culture is good - Job security
Cons
- Like any other huge company, it is difficult to get noticed even if you are exceptionally good at your work - Some amount of tips and tricks are needed to learn how appraisals work. Not as straight forward as it seems at first - Work - life balance is purely based on the current project. If you are lucky, it might be too good for a service based IT company. If not, god help you.
