Cons
Experience hires from the outside are brought in to train those who started with ACN. Employees have relatively few deep skill sets and very good presentation skills. Unfortunately the culture is one to compete and steal IP from each other or external resources. Tremendous amount of backstabbing and unethical behavior really takes its toll on delivering high performance for the client. Culture is very immature and arrogant without substance. ACN does not understand the concept of selling. Sales are driven through osmosis or account management. The concept of quota driven sales executive is non-existing and explains why they lose new opportunities to the competition. The only thing I learned is how Accenture prices its services.
