I had a bad experience but that is largely attributed to the fact that it wasn't the right fit for me and I wasn't ready for the role at the time. Accenture offers a clear direction but it has to be what you want and not a safety not. You often can start on the bench with no team feeling/cultural environment. I heard a few stories of Senior Managers harassing staff. Not much was done about it and sharing that information was generally frowned upon.
