Pros
Great people - smart, fun to be around, and willing to help out. Partners are very approachable and most are willing to teach. Ability to drive your own career, which is nice but you have to figure out who the right people are so you can get into the "inner circles" for the work you want to do.
Cons
Public company that puts its employees below clients and stockholders. Does not differentiate (bonuses, raises) employees across its various groups beyond starting salaries. Bonuses are much lower than competing firms
