Your thoughts, wants and needs are listened to, however it's a company that must make money from the services, and therefore one must sometimes accept the short stick opportunities as well.
Cons
Target utilisation has a flipside, you get training preferably when not in projects and your own scorecard will show it, if you spend too much time in doing other than client facing work. Large part of your personal development is in your own hands, and the company supports it. Not suitable for everyone, but when you know and have a picture what you want to do, and can communicate it to your seniors, they will listen and help you forward.
