You have to be involved in so many "initiatives" to be considered to grow. So many people who lack the technical knowledge are promoted because they are involved with useless things and lack understanding when it finally comes to work. You have senior developers who ask juniors for help because they only got the title of senior for being a pet of the higher up. The salary is not competitive at all, I was offered 2/2.5x more at other places and when I notified them, they said they couldnt match that at all. Preferential treatment for female applicants to meet "Gender quotas" to be more "inclusive"
