Cons
-No travelling at all in lower levels (excl management consultancy breach). -You have to know the right people and have good relationships with them in order to advance in your career. -Overall the salary is very bad below senior manager level. Bonuses only for manager level positions. You can get easily +20% by changing the firm. -Performance management is not working the way they say it works. Many promotions are based only on revenue. -Many people are forced to certain roles they are over competent for long period of times and do not get promotions because of that.
