Pros
good place to learn. good career growth. Good compensation when you join as lateral not as fresher :) Mangers are relatively good compared to other organizations [ At least compared to cognizant.] Cognizant Middle level management is very poor compared to this organization. To me its not even worth comparing. Provides lots of training which helps career growth.
Cons
Too strict policies. Timing not too flexible. Location transfer often
