Another year of being unheard and unseen for employees - Program Manager Accenture Employee Review

The announcements of no pay increases came via email after summer Talent Discussions and before the announcements of those Talent Discussion outcomes. There were no open discussions regarding this announcement and decision, only an email announcement that you might have caught in your inbox. Since I've been staffed at this agency, inflation has increased costs but salary has stayed unchanged (Accenture does not increase wages by keeping up with COLA, only by your "Market Value"). I enjoy my team and the account I'm on but Accenture as an employer has been a consistent disappointment. I feel undervalued, under appreciated, and underpaid by this company.
