Pros
Not a lot of work in some projects. (like seriously; you might be paid to just sit on your desk and watch YouTube for half a year if there is no volume)
Cons
If you work hard you'll only get more work with no benefits (no bonuses for performance), a lot of gossip, nonsensical promotions, unprofessional higher-ups, no transparency from management on future of projects, "incidents" at official Accenture parties, people are treated like numbers, management always blames the whole team for underperforming instead of individuals (can be very annoying if you are one of the top performers). There are more things, but I'm gonna end it here... Work there for a few months and get out, don't make the same mistake as me and stay longer đđ¸
