Pros
It is a great place to work. You have to be motivated to steer your career and find ways to grow. There is great support, but if you're not up for the task of growing, you will not thrive. Great benefits. Great people to work with (most of the time)... and I like that after the project ends, you have to find another project. Keeps things interesting and keeps you growing/learning.
Cons
No college tuition reimbursement. Sometimes the demand of powers that be do not align with the work being done for the client.
