95% of reviews in glass door are fake don't join the company. You will never get your variable pay, they say HSB (Hot Skill Bonus) they can anytime stop paying it. It is clearly in the policy and you will be at total loss. If you are highly paid employee they will screw the rating and due to which you will not get variable pay and HSB. They don't have projects in Bangalore and you will be forced to move to other location or you will be made to quit the company. IJP (Internal Job Portal) is total fake even though there are opportunities it will not be posted. This is a company for freshers join the company get promoted next year and leave the company no future if you stay long Most horrible performance review where no one hears to you managers favor their pets even though you are exceptionally good
