Pros
Good for a first job, where you can learn very quickly, as there is a chance to take part in large, demanding international projects that use the latest technologies and also help you develop your soft skills. The company is also welcoming, with many young people, and they regularly organize activities in the offices to help build connections between colleagues.
Cons
After the first or second year, growth tends to stagnate significantly, making it difficult to progress from there. The salary for developers doesn’t even compete with several companies already in the Portuguese market. They hire a lot of people, and therefore cannot pay the amounts that other (smaller) companies do — and of course, the same happens with the other large consulting firms, Big Four, etc.
