Pros
- Good opportunity for recent college grads to gain soft skills - Relatively good pay - You'll most likely meet some really great people along the way
Cons
After working for Aerotek for less than a year, I watched 8 recruiters leave, 2 account managers leave, and watched as the director of the office was relieved from his duties. I was told a few months in by one of the account managers that they had watched over 60 recruiters come and go over a 3 year period. This ironically high turnover rate is due to long hours, high stress due to factors that are out of your control, guilt trips, and lots of micromanagement. I could go on, but I'd run out of room.
