~ Salary not commensurate with like companies ~ More of a who you know versus what you know environment for promotion / project assignments ~ Aging technology for non-customer facing roles ~ Less people to do the same job due to reductions in force ~ Outsourcing overseas ~ Constant changes to the direction in the company ~ Annual reviews seem to be based on who is favored on teams (those who were given choice projects)
