Pros

Good amount of PTO & they actually let you take it Really amazing colleagues Once you hit 6 months, you get some travel related perks My team lead is incredible

Cons

Pay is too low, particularly considering how much money the travel dept brings in for the company. Payroll (which is done via a 3rd party) has screwed up my check MULTIPLE times to the tune of hundreds of dollars & since you only get paid the 15th & last day of the month, it is a killer waiting for them to get it sorted & it doesn't seem like anyone really cares enough to get it done quickly or overnight you a check. They don't let the travel dept participate in their Work From Anywhere program which is ridiculous if you want ppl to broaden their travel/geographical knowledge. Higher ups in the dept are out of touch with the stress/work level of the TCs & don't make changes that are actually improvements. The systems are buggy & nearly unusable a lot of the time. Virtual workers aren't treated as well as the in office workers. There's currently a hiring freeze on so we couldn't move to another position even if we wanted to

Pros

- Complimentary lunch and starbucks everyday - On-site clinic for basic check ups - Hybrid

Cons

you will be taking phone calls every minute of the day. There will come a time where you feel like at the bottom of the world. You will ask yourself "is my role in life to help people reset their password online and assist them in logging in?" You cannot use the bathroom whenever you want, they have time coding that if you "abuse" them you will be flagged and subject to discipline. You have to give world class service but at the same time rush them off the phone or else you are not getting paid a good bonus. You will quickly find yourself gasping for air and time to relax when you take 50+ calls a day , you will feel drained. When is finally time to move up there is a high chance you will be paid less than you're current role as there are no bonuses in higher roles.
