it was good only at the very beginning.
Cons
Local office in PH is full of Politics, would rather transfer companies than hope to be considered for a promotion. My skills isnt utilized. No growth. Removes benefits without properly cascading prior. Recently promoted and hired employees arent equipped for their roles. No improvement on process. No proper meeting to resolve issues.
