Their performance management is quite archaic and they do need to make adjustments to their pay and end of year raises. They use negative words to describe performance when they preach a lot about company culture and putting their employees first, when in reality that's not the case. Treat veteran employees better, they lose a lot of employees after 10+ years with the company because of their performance management - trying to get in the new college kids by stroking their egos.
