      Great company, bad local management/practices - Sales Representative Combined Insurance Employee Review

      Pros

      The money is great once you're making sales.

      Cons

      They tell you to go out and sell to businesses, but they don't train you on how to do it. The successful people just do the same thing over and over and beat to death the same types of industries. The meetings are cult-like with silly rituals.
