Has a base training salary of $500 a week for your first 6 weeks. W-2 employee so takes are computes for you.
Cons
If they mess up payroll then they are in no hurry to fix it. Contract isn't very clear on how you get paid in regards to chargebacks. You cant look up your policyholders information if they call you, you have to wait for home office to send you the info.
