No pros. Highly political.. You can't survive if you are straight forward and want to do your work. Desi managers will eat you like he'll.and will expolit you if you are on visa and misuse their powers. And will micro manage you.. Not at all positive env or meet to work. Higher management is of no use. HR is of no use

Very negative env. If you are on work visa never join these company. They will expolit and harass you like he'll. Local management and hr is of no use. Managers misuse their power. Their culture and values are totally rubbish. There is no use of the benifits if you can't work and have peace of mind.
