      Pros

      My work at DB is quite pleasant. Good pay. Good bosses. Good coworkers. My hours are pretty relaxed, and I'm developing good skills.

      Cons

      The only major downside of my job is the subject-matter...not very fun to spend 10 hours a day crunching numbers.

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
