      Pros

      One of the top IBs in the world today and have a strong and respected CEO. Fast moving and fast paced. Leading the way....... Not following.

      Cons

      A great deal more, for a great dal less. They'd rather pay £20k more for an external and pay a £30k search fee to an individual with no network then keep hold of talent and pay them £15k more (per annum).

      Very collaborative environment with good leadership in most divisions.

      Cons

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
