Pros
Nice steady pay, good benefits, very little micro managing. People are nice.
Cons
IT is very poor, the people making decisions about your role and your career are in another country and don't know you. Pay and bonus often don't increase much for years even with promises of the opposite due to "company issues". Chicago office building is nice, but the DB floors are not great. Hardly any social outings.
