      The salary is good compared to the other banks in this sector. Stress levely are relatively OK but again - depends on which department you are in

      Cons

      there is a lack of transparency,the glass ceiling exists in most departments, the bank is not really all that cross cultural

      Nice office. Great location. Cafeteria had a great selection.

      Long hiring process. No work-life balance, micro-managers, co-workers trashed each other. No culture.
