Pros
You can make some decent money here if you are working in a position where you earn tips of top of an hourly wage. The hotel is new and has lots of business, guests problems are kept to a minimum because of the high quality of the hotel.
Cons
very high employee turnover, especially on the restaurant side. managers are incompetent overall and only hang on to their jobs because the hotel performs well- this is not a direct reflection of management capabilities but rather a great positioning of the hotel within a good market.
