Pros
Great atmosphere. Checking in people who are excited to be there is wonderful. Helping guest when they have a problem and seeing their appreciation when you solved their problem is priceless
Cons
Having to work weekends.Dealing with challenging guest. Working during large events not having enough staff, Handling guest complaints and they are still not satisfied
