Pros
The benefits are great, you receive discounts on all Hilton hotels and can stay at a luxurious hotel for very little. They are also very flexible with days off and offer PTO.
Cons
There was a constant turnover of managers and employees. They conduct a yearly review where you opinion is supposed to be valued and help improve the company but if you say anything negative your gone. Top heavy company, managers are always looking out for one another.
