Pros
The travel discount was one of the best in the industry. The hotel manager of this location was very personable, and you get to meet lots of people. The hotel atmosphere is a fun work environment.
Cons
The repetition got old. The scheduling manager was terrible at it or she just scheduled herself for the best shifts and did not give much consideration to her staff. You would get scheduled at 7 or 8 am after completing a shift at 11 pm. More money needed to be invested into the property.
