Pros
They hire a lot of people who don't speak much English. They reliably provide food to the day crew. If it is snowing outside and you can't safely go home and come back in time for work the next day, they will offer a room to sleep in. The pay a lot of holiday bonuses.
Cons
Physical pain do to the work load is expected and accepted by every one. No one has an easier work load just different work strains. They don't reliably provide food to the night crew. The rest prides are too short and few.
