Pros

- Good company for freshers who are willing to get into tech industry and gain experience - Opportunity to work with top clients that will help with exposure and learning

Cons

- Salary hikes are negligible, so are promotions. Do not stay in the company for more than 2-3+ years, else you will suffer. You will be offered a role progression after 2 years with NO hike, but only increased job responsibilities. - Project Mapping - You may be trained on something, but may be mapped to a project with different skillset. Be ready to work on anything and everything that is asked for. You will be the developer, the QA and the reporting analyst as well! - Toxic work culture - Nobody cares for the employees. Teams are constantly understaffed to save revenue by the delivery unit. Managers and the management overall is very incompetent and the leadership team has a short vision. Managers will sugarcoat and promise you something (never in writing though) to ensure you meet their deliverables. But be prepared, they are just words of fluff and frills and mean nothing. Never trust the management, unless given in writing (which never happens!). - Employees are considered commodities since the management is constantly chasing numbers. It's all about unit profit and revenue per person. - Exploitation of employees (more prominently the ones on a work permit). You will find employees who have not seen a hike or promotion even in the past 10 years. - HR exists to function and support the management, not the employees or employee grievances. The so called feedback form / survey is a hoax. HR works hand-in-glove with the managers. - Zero work-life balance - This term is frequently frowned upon by managers. Overworking is not only encouraged, but expected as part of your regular duty. - Messy and and disorganized, lacking clarity of goals that runs top down from the management Stay away from this company unless you have absolutely no other choice but to work here. If so gain the experience and move out ASAP. It's not worth working here.
