Pros

If you have little to no experience, and are having trouble getting into the industry, its better than nothing.

Cons

Terrible relocation policies, pay is below industry avg, very little sick/holidays. Depending on client, I've heard work-life balance is hard. You could get trained for software dev, but placed in IT support. The projects in software they do have tend to be the projects no one wants. Restrictive Non-compete and solicit agreement

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time.
