Pros

The opportunities are here but it really can be a hit or miss.

Cons

- I was hired during the pandemic and they forced my to travel across the US to RI just in case employees were asked to return to office. We never returned to office, so I had to cancel a home lease and move halfway across the US for no reason. - Communication with management and staff is terrible and there was almost no organization during boarding.

Work-life balance (project dependent) – Many teams offer reasonable working hours. Employee benefits – Health insurance, paid leaves, and wellness initiatives. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time.
