Pros

Great experience with meeting new client faced opportunities when working in a Local office setting. Training was okay this season ... but a little repetitive for those who had already had other seasons under their belts.

Cons

Worse season ever. Not only was I deprived of my bonus incentives after working so many hours, I was also lied on and my time was manipulated to fabricate justifying letting me go only after questioning the actions of my management. This is totally unacceptable as I have NEVER logged on to an IEP engagement and didn't do the work. I went above and beyond this season. Conducting Connect and Learns and Canvassing and Networking. This was an unfair judgement and it needs to be addressed. I am now seeking legal counsel because of this situation. I only wanted to be treated fairly and keep my dignity but I see there is no fairness at all. This was a plot to not give me my bonuses. I have done more than my share of taxes for this company and even helped bring in New clients. This is very disappointing and so unfair. They would rather accuse you of stealing time than to give you what you are rightfully owed. My mistake was not documenting Everything before they blocked me from my account. But TRUTH will prevail ... Even if it takes months or years. I will be vindicated and those Lies will be revealed. This person this season was not a good manager at all ... And I believe it was designed that way because my services were no longer needed. It was designed this way just for this purpose. But I will continue to fight against the engine that is trying to hurt me and my career. I have NEVER stolen anything from this company ... Especially time ... If anything they should have been paying me much for the work I've done. They got some extra free labor by disguising it as a $150 Special /Discount ... We as Tax Professionals (outside contractors or with our own practices) were used as pawns in their 2026 Tax Season game. But guess what? I Thank God for the experience ... It will NEVER happen to me again!

Pros

I really enjoyed working with Intuit because it was a fast paced environment that pushed me to grow professionally. I appreciated the strong focus on customer experience, the support from leadership, and the opportunity I had to advance into a Tier 2 role within the same season. It strengthened my communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills while allowing me to help customers during stressful situation

Cons

One challenge for me was feeling somewhat disconnected from upper management and operations leadership at times. Most of my direct support and communication came from my team leads, who were very hands on and helpful. I tend to work best in environments where there is strong visibility and engagement from leadership across all levels.
