Pros
Lots of smiling people greeting you each day you walk in the office. Robust systems and processes available to help you navigate your first few months. Opportunities to get involved in all parts of the business locally and globally. I have not experienced such a strong emphasis on 'Voice of Customer' before. If you have a great idea they encourage you to talk to customers first to 'test' if it solves an actual customer problem. Beautifully articulated vision, mission, values and priorities. Great online learning network for new employees.
Cons
There are many, many platforms where data lives and it is very difficult to know which system has which data and to who you ask for permission to access.
