Pros

The benefits are great and the company seems to care about its employees for the most part. Due to the size of the company, there appears to be opportunities for growth and possibilities to work on a variety of projects while learning different skills. The unstructured time provides additional opportunities to learn new skills and work on interesting projects. The company is very good in terms of caring for the environment as well as giving back to the community through various charitable causes. It is also nice to work for a company whose products are well known by a large number of people.

Cons

Most of the time, there is more talk than action at this company. Many people are rewarded or promoted because they present themselves well, even if they produce nothing and add no real value to the company. Management is too scared to make important decisions in case those decisions backfire and they are held accountable. Certain parts of the company are organized poorly and the result is a lot of power struggles and even more office politics. No one is willing to make a decision that might put them out of favor with any of the people that have gained some form of power.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
