Pros

Benefits are incredible. Best I’ve ever seen or could have hoped for Free lunches Activities Atmosphere for the most part Everyone is really close Management is generally great Transparency

Cons

If you want to move up you have to be friends with everyone on the team You have to kiss butt and be annoyingly bubbly and involved in slack to get anywhere Pay is terrible-nobody can survive on the base wage for Customer Service It’s really hard to get time off Even if you have good metrics and work hard you won’t get a promotion unless you are the right kind of person

Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Cons

It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
