No respect for tax or other subject matter experts, either in decision making or pay.
Incredibly sexist culture, a man can literally repeat a woman's suggestion word for word and get immediate credit and traction.
Leaders aren't competent as leaders, raises/bonuses/promotions are not data based, solely on VP opinions and emotions.
Non-data backed decision making - can get whiplash watching leaders change their minds, resulting in huge pivots in strategy that make no sense.
When I left, I was replaced by THREE people, but while there couldn't get any help or increased pay.
