Cons
Management in the LA office is awful. Employees are unable to speak up without their concerns just being brushed over. Too much loyalty to management just because they have been there a long time but they are very outdated and awful for the culture. It’s amazing what these toxic managers can get away with with no consequences. No value for the employees here and absolutely no growth. It’s very political here so if your manager doesn’t like you on a personal level then you’re going to have a really hard time working because they don’t know how to separate personal from business. The amount of mental stress toxic management causes makes it so difficult to work and do our job .
