Pros

This is my first company after graduating undergrad. I've loved my time here. The people are super nice, smart, always welcoming and willing to help. I like the work I do, I believe it's impactful and there's a lot of opportunity to make impact. I love the benefits, the end of year events, there's good synergy among org members, and there's great diversity here. Mobility is accessible, we have 4 main products, and even more business units that you can transition if you'd like to spread your wings. We're respected and well known, and we are well performing in the market.

Cons

Sometimes I feel we lose touch of what really matters, we focus too much on innovation competition of what's hot in the market, we neglect the simple things our customers are asking for. For example, focusing on adapting newest LLM on the market, instead of improving our customer service experience. Other cons, they're pretty restrictive of going full remote, they make unrealistic promises about "no meeting afternoons" or "we will deliver this in 6 months" when the working teams are already backed up on work.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
